Booking and Reservation

All bookings and reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as per the business’s payment policy. Any changes or modifications to the booking must be communicated to the business in writing and may be subject to additional fees or charges.

Cancellation and Refunds.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees or charges, per the business’s cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the business’s refund policy and may be subject to deductions for any cancellation fees or charges.

Rental Period and Usage.

The rental period begins and ends as per the agreed-upon booking details, and any changes to the rental period must be communicated and approved by the business. The rented coach or minibus must be used only for the purpose specified in the booking and cannot be used for any illegal, hazardous, or unauthorized activities. The renter is responsible for any damages caused to the coach or minibus during the rental period and may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

Driver and Licensing.

The business will provide a licensed and qualified driver for the rented coach or minibus. The driver is responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. The renter must provide accurate and valid driver information, including a valid driver’s license, and ensure that the driver is legally permitted to operate the rented vehicle.

Vehicle Maintenance and Condition.

The rented coach or minibus will be provided in a clean and well-maintained condition. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition, with normal wear and tear expected. Any damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or repairs needed due to negligence, misuse, or violation of terms and conditions may incur additional fees or charges.

Insurance and Liability.

The rented coach or minibus will be covered by the business’s insurance policy, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. The renter is responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities not covered by the insurance policy, including but not limited to personal belongings, injuries, or accidents. The renter may be required to provide a security deposit or additional insurance coverage per the business’s requirements.

Limitations and Indemnity.

The business is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the rental due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the business harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the renter’s use or misuse of the rented coach or minibus.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the business is located. Any disputes or claims arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction as per the laws of the business’s location.

Amendments and Waivers.

These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by the business at its discretion, and any changes will be communicated to the renter in writing. No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be considered a waiver of any other provision or the business’s right to enforce any provision.

Entire Agreement a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the renter and the business and supersede

any previous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.

Severability.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Confidentiality.

The renter agrees to keep all pricing, rates, and business-related information provided by the business confidential and not to disclose or share such information with any third parties without the written consent of the company.

Force Majeure.

The business shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government regulations.

Termination.

The business reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and these terms and conditions at any time for any reason, including but not limited to the breach of these terms and conditions, violation of laws or regulations, or any other misconduct.

Waiver of Liability.

The renter acknowledges and agrees that the business shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damages, or any other claims arising from the use of the rented coach or minibus.

Safety and Compliance.

The renter and all passengers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines during the rental period, including but not limited to wearing seat belts, refraining from smoking or consuming alcohol in the vehicle, and following all traffic rules and regulations.

Communication.

All communication between the renter and the business shall be in writing, either through email or written correspondence. Any changes, modifications, or requests must be communicated in writing and acknowledged by the business in writing.

Reservation of Rights. The business reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking, reservation, or rental at its discretion, without liability, and to enforce all terms and conditions stated herein.

The renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions by booking and renting a coach or minibus from the business. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the renter and the company, and any changes or modifications must be in writing and acknowledged by the company in writing.
